Wheatgrass Delight

Wheatgrass is a strong grass with tons of health benefits. It helps strengthen your blood health, immune system, builds proteins and can be used to cleanse the body of unwanted toxins. Drink some wheatgrass daily to avoid coughs, colds and the flu!
WARNING: If you introduce wheatgrass into our diet too quickly it can be difficult on your digestive system and you will find yourself running to the washroom often. Be sure to slowly introduce wheatgrass into your routine to allow your body to get used to it
Ingredients
- 1 large handful of wheatgrass
- 1 granny smith apple (whole)
- 3 mint sprigs
- 1/2 lemon (peeled)
Directions:
- Wash all all ingredients and cut them to fit your juicer.
- Juice them by alternating between soft and hard fruits- try to start with an apple slice and end with an apple slice (this will make it easier for your juicer and avoid clogging)
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
- Make sure you put any leftovers in an airtight container to preserve freshness!
