Recipe: Carrot and Avocado Soup

  • 1 ½ cups of fresh carrot juice (need about 7 to
  • 10 carrots)
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • Handful of fresh cilantro
  • 1 hot pepper if desired

Instructions

  1. Juice the carrots to get fresh carrot juice. 
  2. If you have a masticating juicer with an open blank (for homogenizing), switch to the open blank and run the remainder of the ingredients through the machine. 
  3. OR, if your juicer cannot homogenize, blend the remainder of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. 
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
