Punch Me Parsley Juice (Cause I Won’t Bruise!)

This juice is rich in Bioflavonoids, Vitamin C and Vitamin E to help prevent bruising. Bioflavonoids and Vitamin C help strengthen capillary walls, and Vitamin E is great for cell regeneration.

WARNING: drink this juice in moderation. Parsley juice can be toxic in large doses and should not be consumed by pregnant women. Do not drink more than 1 cup of PARSLEY juice a day (this recipe is not pure parsley juice, so you have some room when deciding on doses). Additionally, parsley juice can act as a diuretic. In moderation, it is an extremely beneficial juice, which is why this recipe mixes other fruits with parsley!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large handful of parsley
  • 2 large stalks of celery
  • 2 carrots (green tops removed)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 a lemon (no peel)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and cut your above ingredients to fit into your juicer.
  2. Run through juicer
  3. Serve over ice (or simply straight into a glass) and enjoy immediately!
  4. Store any remaining juice in an air-tight container to maintain shelf-life.
