Juicing for Cancer- Juicer Suggestions (Samson Green Power Kempo is My Favorite)

Numerous testimonials and substantial evidence suggests that juicing (in combination with whatever treatment you choose with your doctor) can help make your immune system and your body better able to fight off cancer cells and repair themselves. Therefore, if you have cancer or are at high risk of cancer, there are a few simple things you can do to help your body out.

But before you start juicing, you’ll need to make sure you have yourself a good juicer. As you will read below, leafy greens are very important when juicing for cancer, so I would definitely suggest a wheatgrass juicer- cold press to ensure you preserve all the nutrients possible! Below are my favorite wheatgrass juicers:

High Budget but Definitely High Quality Juicer

More Moderate Budget but Still Very High Quality Juicers

Once you have yourself a good juicer, here are a few tips to help keep your body fighting cancer as best it can!

  1. Eat 60% – 70% raw foods if possible.
  2. Be sure to drink lots of vegetable juice. Fruit juices are high in fructose (natural fruit sugars) and can make it harder for your immune system to fight off “bad” cells.
  3. Try to do some juice fasts or cleanses. Clean your body out so it can focus on healing and repairing!
  4. If possible, do a liver cleanse.

The following are some juices that are particularly helpful with preventing and getting over cancer:

  • Beetroot
  • Cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Pomegranate Juice
  • Tomato
  • Wheatgrass

some startling stats suggest that nearly 50% of North American men will develop some form of cancer in their lifetime! definitely a good idea to get those antioxidants and enzymes in ya as often as possible! Juicing is a great way to consume veggies you may not be too particularly excited about by mixing them with some sweet and tasty fruits….drink up!
