Ginger Kick with a Samson 9001 Juicer

This juice is great for your immune system and full of nutrients like bioflavonoids, vitamin A, vitamin C, magnesium, sodium, zinc and carotene (to name a few!). It can also have a cleansing effect and help to improve the health of your digestive system. 

** Although parsley is full of great nutrients, it can be toxic if you drink too much of it. Make sure you don’t drink any more than 1 cup of parsley juice (pure parsley juice) per day. If you are pregnant, you should probably stay away from parsley juice all together. **

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 – 1.5 inch ginger
  • 1/2 lemon (peeled)

Steps:

  1. Prep the above ingredients by washing them and cutting them to a size that your juicer can handle. 
  2. Put everything through the juicer. It’s a good idea not to leave the lemon for last and to mix the carrots in with everything else. 
  3. Savor the goodness of ginger and parsley!
