Juice Fast Day 3- Menu and Thoughts
Ok so there has been a problem with my iSight camera on my computer so I couldn't upload my day 3 video. However, I am very happy that I decided to do the 3 day juice fast. It was a little hard to not eat solids for 3 days but I feel rejuvenated and cleansed. Trips to the bathroom were interesting at times but my body feels great! I no longer crave coffee in the mornings and my skin is looking brighter than before. It helped me realize how much I love to chew, but all in all, I think the fast was worth while. I'm now considering doing a full 7 day cleanse. Below you will find my menu from my third day of juice fasting. Remember, these are only here for examples. You can use any recipes you'd like. Just remember not to have more than 4 oz of fruit juice each day and drink lots of water!
