
This juice combines the powers of beets, ginger, parsley and other great fruits and veggies to create an excellent body cleanse. If you are constipated, feeling sluggish, or just feeling like a cleanse, give this recipe a try!
Ingredients:
- 1 beet (stems and leaves included)
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1.5 inches of ginger
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1/3 lemon (peeled)
Directions
- Wash and chop fruits and veggies to a size that fits your juicer.
- Put all the ingredients through the juicer.
- Drink immediately after juicing and store any leftover in an air-tight container.
