I had a fun night out this weekend and woke up with a nasty hangover. I was so happy to be at home with my juicer because I knew I could whip myself up some delicious juice and be on my way to feeling better. I opened up my fridge and threw together the most wonderful combination of fruits that you would have thought I stole the recipe from a juice connoisseur ... (or maybe it was just the hangover that made it taste like heaven in a glass!) Either way, this is a scrumptious creation that is full of antioxidants and I would highly recommend giving it a try.
Ingredients:
- A bunch of cherries (approximately 2 cups before you pit them), pitted
- 1 handful grapes
- 1 apple
- 1/2 inch ginger
Directions:
- Rinse and chop your fruit until it is a size that fits down the feed chute
- Mixing soft and hard fruits, put them through the juicer
- If your pulp is still moist, send it through the machine one more time
- Enjoy!
**Warning: pitting the cherries will likely stain your fingers red. It might be wise to avoid pitting cherries 24-48 hours before an important event. ** I made this fruit using my Samson GB 9001 Juicer. You can get a great price on them at www.PurelyJuicers.com.
