Ginger Delight

Ginger is a strong tasting root that helps strengthen the immune system and digestive system (among other things!). This is a great juice to drink if you feel a cold coming on, or you can drink it daily for improved health!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 inch ginger (cut off the dry ends and use the more juicy center) [that's about 1.25 cm]
  • 1 apple 
  • 3 large carrots
  • 1 orange
Instructions:
  1. Cut up all ingredients
  2. Put through juicer 1 at a time
  3. Pour in a glass and enjoy! Possibly squeeze some lime juice for added flavor.
  4. Put any left over juice in an air-tight container to preserve
Note: If your juicer cannot juice soft vegetables, you can replace the orange with some extra carrot or apple :) Also, if you find the ginger too strong, just put less!
