Every year I get all stuffed up and have trouble sleeping around this time of year. My doctor says I am allergic to pollen and dust mites and has prescribed eye drops and nasal spray that never seem to work for me. Last weekend my sister suggested that i try juicing to help my allergies. Originally I thought this would never work but She got out the Samson GB 9001 Juicer and whipped together a tasty juice. To my amazement it actually made a huge difference.
The main ingredient was parsley juice which has more than 3 times the vitamin C and raises blood alkalinity. This help to reduce allergic reactions and tastes pretty good as well. Ingredients:
- 1 handful of parsley
- 3 celery stalks
- 4 carrots
- some lime
Directions
- Wash and prepare the produce into a size that will fit down your juicer's spout.
- Then stuff it all in and enjoy!
